Hi, I'm Liz Weber

As the force behind Weber Business Services, LLC, I work with business owners, boards, and C-Suite teams on business strategy, strategic planning, succession, leadership development, change implementation, and anything else that impacts a leader’s ability to lead.

I help leaders transform their companies into respected, agile, and strategic organizations. How? By getting straight to the point. We talk, brainstorm, and then identify a path forward.

My services are never one and done. I aim to work with leaders and teams long-term so I know all the players and can provide advisory or training programs that will be transformative for their entire leadership suite and company culture.

I love to see the changes my clients make as I work with them over time. There’s nothing better than helping a company implement a plan and then see them change, grow, and become even stronger.
